Pella Corporation has been recognized with three major national awards for commitment to innovation, manufacturing excellence, and employee support.

As the window and door manufacturer celebrates its 100th anniversary this year, Pella Corporation has also received several awards and honors highlighting recent design and manufacturing innovations, as well as achievements in workplace culture.

In July, Pella received the Future of Manufacturing Award from the National Association of Manufacturers’ Manufacturing Leadership Council, the 2025 Core77 Design Award from industrial design magazine Core77, and the 2025 WalkMe Realizer Award for Best Employee Experience.

“It’s an honor to be recognized in our 100th year for the work we’re doing to move manufacturing forward,” said Laura Phillips, Vice President of Engineering and Procurement at Pella Corporation. “This award reflects the creativity and dedication of our teams, and the meaningful ways innovation supports our team members. I’m proud of the progress we’re making together.”

“Steady Set is the result of our team’s focus on human-centered design,” said Jenn Tuetken, Director of Innovation, Design & Brand Experience at Pella Corporation. “We observed installers in the field to identify and address their challenges. These insights shaped Steady Set to simplify installation, enhance efficiency, and ensure quality. Recognition by Core77 reinforces the importance of designing with the user at the center.”

“We’re proud to be recognized for the way we supported our teams through such a major transition,” said Storm Wagner, Digital Adoption Specialist at Pella Corporation. “This award is a reflection of the collaboration, planning and user-first mindset that made our digital adoption strategy successful. It’s exciting to see that work honored.”
