Kids will be out of school for the holidays, but the Pella Public Library’s Youth Services Librarian Katie Dreyer says reading is still important. She has a few favorites for the holiday season, like the Polar Express. But Dreyer says holiday children’s books can teach kids something new, like the book Jackie’s Gift, which teaches kids about Hanukkah.
