Knoxville City Hall celebrated Christmas today with a tree decorating contest. The trees were on display in City Hall throughout the week. Each department put together a different theme, based on interests and their department itself. On tree had simple ornaments on it – a series of angels with the name of the people killed last week in Newtown, Connecticut.
