Brian Hatch will be running for mayor this fall in Knoxville. Hatch was born and raised in Knoxville, and currently works in the Marion County Engineer’s Office. He tells KNIA/KRLS News that the position is one he’s had an interest in since he was young. He sees it as a place where he can have a positive influence on the community and be a role model. Hatch explains that he thinks this is a pivotal time for Knoxville, with several changes coming to the community. He says he thinks this is a good time to get involved, take charge, and give back to Knoxville. Hatch is currently a member of the Knoxville Chamber of Commerce Board. He’ll be challenging current Knoxville Mayor Don Zoutte in the election this fall.
