The Pella Opera House’s 2013 Festival of Trees was extremely well received according to Executive Director Kevin McQuade. He tells KNIA/KRLS News that approximately $18,000 was raised, which will go to bringing children’s activities to the Opera House including the Missoula Children’s Theater. McQuade adds that he wants to thank all of the donors, volunteers, decorators, tree fluffers and attendees. He concluded by saying that they’ve averaged $15,000 to $20,000 over the last several years, which again, all goes towards children’s programs.
