Construction and contracts continue to be the main talking point at Pella Community School board meetings. Superintendent Greg Ebeling tells KNIA/KRLS News that last week, nine different companies were awarded bids on various parts of the middle school renovation. Ebeling adds that Estes Construction and Neumann Monson, the firm overseeing the project, will help monitor the work site, which is different than having one general contractor which is typical with new building projects.
