The Knoxville Lions Club Community Pride Avenue of Flags were raised Saturday morning. Ladd Montegna, with the Lions, says the project will raise flags five times a year, every 20 feet along Highway 14 through Knoxville, and this is the debut for the display. Montegna says anyone wishing to donate to the project may do so by contacting the Knoxville Lions Club.
