A 9-0 run in the last 1:45 of the third quarter by Panorama sealed Pleasantville’s fate as the Trojanns fell to the number 12th ranked Panthers in the class 2A Regional Quarterfinal last night 55-36. Pleasantville was right with Panorama the first half but was unable to take advantage of a slight size advantage on the inside. Coach Trevor Miller was proud of the effort, however way too many shots were missed inside. Liz Hoyt paced Pleasantville with 14 points on the night. The Trojanns finish the season with a 15-7 record.
