A Pella man facing two counts of Attempting to Entice Away a Minor is scheduled to appear in court Tuesday. 39-year-old Quintin H. Van Rheenen has entered a plea of “not guity” to the charges against him. He was arrested by the Pella Police Department in September of 2009 following an alleged incident, with the second enticement charge stemming from a previous investigation.

Enticing away a minor is an aggravated misdemeanor; which is punishable by imprisonment not to exceed two years and a fine not to exceed $6,250. Quintin Van Rheenen is expected to appear in the Marion County Courthouse at 2:30 p.m. Tuesday afternoon.
