Today is the final day of the Central men’s basketball boys’ team camp. It wraps up a busy week inside the P.H. Kuyper Gymnasium, as Coach Craig Douma, his staff, and former and current players have been helping out all week with a skills camp earlier, plus two other camps in June. Douma says he’s modeled a few of his camps based on the ones his dad runs, which brings in around 300 kids a week. Though he’s not quite looking for the numbers, Douma says it’s an opportunity to showcase what his program, and the college as a whole, has to offer.
