 On 07/19/15 a male juvenile of Des Moines was charged with driving while suspended. The juvenile was cited and released with a court date.

 On 07/19/15 Jacob V. Joesting, 18, of Marshalltown was charged with theft 5th degree. Joesting was cited and released with a court date.

 On 07/20/15 Gina Villalobos, 33, of Pella was charged with trespass. Villalobos was cited and released with a court date

 On 07/23/15 a female juvenile of Otley was charged with theft 5th degree. The juvenile was cited and released to a guardian.

 On 07/23/15 Melinda S. Healy, 37, of Ottumwa was charged with driving while suspended. Healy was cited and released with a court date.
