The PCM football team lost a handful of seniors from last season, where they went 4-6 and made the first round of the Class 2A playoffs.

This season, the Mustangs return a lot of talent and experience from 2014, including senior quarterback Logan Gilman, who threw for over 2,500 yards and 21 touchdowns. The Mustangs did lose 1,000 yard rusher Ronnie Marshall, but senior Logan Litrell carried the ball 34 times and scored three touchdowns a year ago. The offensive line returns almost everybody and the wide receiving core will be led by juniors Luke Greiner, who had 671 receiving yards and six touchdowns last year and Noah Clark, who came on late in the season with three receiving touchdowns. The PCM offense looks to make a lot of noise in Class 2A District 7 this year, as they open the season on Friday, August 28 with a non-conference game on the road against Pella Christian.
