Pella Regional Health Center named Ashley Arkema to the role of Human Resources Manager.

She is now responsible for the areas of employee relations, recruitment, benefits, compensation, and leadership development. Arkema has human resources experience, most recently as a team leader. Arkema says she takes pride in the department, and is thankful for the opportunity.
