Going into the season, Knoxville Girls Basketball squad was wondering where scoring would come from this season. After losing 38 of 52 points from the 2014/2015 season, someone had to step in the lead scoring role. What Coach Jim Utiermarkt got was four or five different players to step into that role. Carrie Chambers was the leading scorer at ten-point-nine points per game. Utiermarkt tells KNIA/KRLS Sports next year girls who were not called on to score a lot will have to score to give the team a chance to win.
