Pella Regional Health Center has named Kristi Braafhart, RN, BSN, MHA, to the role of Director of Clinic Services.

This position provides leadership and direction for all Pella Regional clinics to assure continuity in operations and nursing practice.

Braafhart most recently worked at Mahaska Health Partnership and Unity Point. She earned her nursing degree at University of Iowa and attended A.T. Still University for her Master’s in Health Administration. She has experience in quality management, process improvement, leading and implementing change to nursing practice, and customer satisfaction.

“I am very excited to join Pella Regional’s family of clinics,” said Braafhart. “We have great providers, nurses and staff who have been wonderful to work with in these first few weeks. I know I’ve made a good choice in joining this team and am excited to continue to work on improving processes so that our patients get the best health care we can provide at each and every visit.”
