The Knoxville Community Chorus will perform winter concerts at two churches December 9 and 11.

Cynthia Thill, Director of the Chorus says attendees can expect to hear familiar holiday favorites and a few unique Christmas compositions. Thill says the piece she is most excited for audiences to hear is a difficult six part harmony which imitates the ringing of bells. The Chorus will perform Friday December 9 at 7 p.m. at St. Anthony’s Catholic Church and Sunday at 2 p.m. at First United Methodist Church. Free-will donations will be accepted at the performances and light refreshments will be available .
