Significant upgrades continue to be made for the City of Pella’s electric system.

The final major project for the underground electric conversion started over the summer near Central College. City Administrator Mike Nardini says improvements to the city’s west electric substation are ongoing, and should be finished next year. Both projects are part of an ongoing effort to improve electric reliability in the City of Pella.
