Many area schools started classes this week, and drivers need to use caution and drive slowly when students are in the area. That’s according to Knoxville Police Chief Dan Losada. He says drivers must be cautious not only near schools, but anywhere around town where there is a crosswalk. Losada also says drivers need to follow all traffic and stop signs, adding officers will be enforcing the school zone laws.
