The Knoxville Softball Squad ended the regular season with a 12-2 loss to Davis County last night. The Panthers held at 2-0 lead after Maddy Findley clubbed a home run in the second inning and another run came home in the third was all Knoxville could muster. Davis County scored nine runs in the fifth inning. Jada Agan took the loss going four innings. Interim Coach Hayley Freestone tells KNIA/KRLS Sports is telling her team to forget what happened and look to the next game. Knoxville finishes the regular season 12-18 and 4-8 in the South Central Conference. The Panthers will have several days to get ready for their next game which is the regional at Newton on Thursday.
