The Knoxville City Council will hold a special meeting Monday, August 14th to interview candidates for the vacant city council position.

The open position comes following the resignation of former City Council Member Craig Kelley on July 7th. Residents of Knoxville had until Wednesday evening to express interest in the position. Dylan Morse and Jason Everly will be the two candidates to take part in Monday’s interviews for the vacant spot which will begin at 9 a.m. and held at the Municipal Building Council Chambers. The special meeting is open to the public.
