The National Weather Service Storm Prediction Center has a slight risk of severe weather in place this evening and overnight.

Some storms will be strong to severe during these times, with hail and damaging winds the primary threats. Locally heavy rainfall may also occur, but the flooding potential remains low because of recent dry conditions. From Tuesday through Friday, dry and cooler conditions are expected.
