With the Knoxville Chamber of Commerce having dealt with the recent high turnover in board members the past four months, the chamber is looking to turn the page and create a positive atmosphere to which the chamber is more accustomed.
Acting Chamber President Ben Butler tells KNIA/KRLS News the chamber will be getting out in the community to ask members what they would like to see their chamber do. Following the input from members, Butler says the chamber will hold planning meetings and discuss ways to accomplish what the people want. Butler says the chamber is looking to continue their monthly Business After Hours events as well as work with other organizations such as THRIVE Knoxville to continue to make events better in Knoxville.
