The Knoxville Cross Country Squad had their final tune up before the conference meet at Centerville yesterday. The girls placed third, ahead of all other S-C-C teams with Ashley Cumpton leading the way with a sixth place finish in a time of 21:57. The boys were sixth as Jordan Bacon led with a 17th place finish in a time of 18:52. Melcher-Dallas and Twin Cedars were also present at the meet, while neither team had enough to place Melcher-Dallas’s J’Lyn Knutson placed fifth overall, on the boys side for the Saints Emery Sage placed 20th in a time of 18:58 with Twin Cedars Lane Anderson in 94th 21:50.
