A Knoxville man was arrested Monday when a search warrant was served at a rural Knoxville residence.
Joshua Vandonselaar, 19, was found outside of the residence with a bottle containing 25 pills of Hydromorphone Hydrochloride in his pocket and a bag containing 30 grams of marijuana. During a search of Vandonselaar’s vehicle, drug paraphernalia was located including a digital scale, pipe, and containers with marijuana residue. Vandsonselaar was arrested and charged with possession with intent to deliver a class C felony, possession of a controlled substance a class D felony, failure to affix a drug tax stamp a class D felony and possession of drug paraphernalia.
