The Pella area community has the chance to meet officers with the Pella Police Department at their next Coffee with a Cop event.

The Pella PD will be at the Smokey Row on Thursday, December 14th from 4 to 6 p.m. Lt. Paul Haase tells KNIA/KRLS News that Coffee with a Cop is a national program that allows citizens and officers to meet and talk in a casual setting. The event is free to attend.
