The South Central Conference Speech Contest will be at the Knoxville High School today.

Students will compete in 14 different categories starting at 3:30 p.m. Dan DeVore, English and Language Arts teacher at Knoxville High School tells KNIA/KRLS News the contest is a chance for students to gain experience while also being critiqued in preparation for the district competition on February 25th. The contest will include six other schools from around the area and roughly 100 students.
