A win means a spot in the state tournament for the PCM Mustang Girls Basketball Team tonight against the Trojans of West Marshall in Bondurant.

The Mustangs have gotten out to slow starts on offense in both of their previous postseason matchups against Albia and Eddyville-Blakesburg-Fremont respectively, but heated up in the second half leading to two blowout victories. The slow starts have not translated to the defensive end however, as the strong Mustangs defense from the regular season has carried over to postseason play, giving up only 22 points in the second half against the Rockets to secure victory.
