The Pella Area Community and Economic (PACE) Alliance is hosting their annual membership meeting this week.

A presentation will be held discussing the newly formed alliance and the six working councils created to better focus resources on community and economic development. The annual PACE Hall of Fame recipients will also be honored, including Classic Aviation, Inc., Fields of Our Future Committee, Ivan Mulder, Marion County Bank and the Pella Community Foundation.

The PACE Alliance Annual Membership Meeting will be held Friday from 7-8:30 am at the Pella Opera House. In addition to honoring the award recipients, the morning breakfast meeting will also include an overview of the new PACE Alliance and priorities of the six Councils and the election of the board of directors. Seats can be reserved by calling the PACE Alliance office at 628-2626; cost is $15/members and $20/non-members. This is the 44th year for the Hall of Fame Awards.
