Four people were arrested Thursday after the Mid-Iowa Narcotics Enforcement Task Force conducted a search warrant of a home in Pella.
Cody James Runion, 26, Matthew Allen Reisinger, 37, Rayne Elizabeth Clark, 19, and a 16 year-old juvenile, were taken into custody and face numerous charges.
Over the last several months, the Mine Task Force and Pella Police Department received multiple complaints that high school-aged teenagers were obtaining controlled substances from a juvenile at 516 Huber Street in Pella. The warrant resulted in the seizure of two marijuana plants, crystal residue that field tested positive for methamphetamine, approximately 15 grams of marijuana, and drug paraphernalia that included multiple syringes. Approximately $2,400 and a handgun were also seized from the residence as well.
The male juvenile was charged with one count of possession of marijuana with intent to deliver, two counts of violation of a drug tax stamp, and two counts of manufacturing marijuana, all class D felonies. Cody Runion was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia. Matthew Reisinger was charged with possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia, and was also picked up on a warrant for possession of methamphetamine. Rayne Clark was placed under arrest for having an arrest warrant for violation of probation.
