The Pella Police Department Communications Center engaged in the following activities during the
week of February 25, 2018 to March 03, 2018:

ARRESTS:
 On 02/26/18, Chance R. Hartsfield-Gustin, 21, of Altoona was charged with driving while
suspended. Hartsfield-Gustin was cited and released with a court date.
 On 03/01/18, Cody J. Runion, 26, of Pella was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.
Runion was taken into custody following a search warrant and was transported to the Marion
County Jail.
 On 03/01/18, a male juvenile of Pella was charged with intent to deliver marijuana, possession of
drug paraphernalia, obstructing justice, two counts of failure to affix a drug tax stamp, and two
counts of manufacturing marijuana. The juvenile was taken into custody following a search
warrant.
WARRANTS:
 On 03/01/18, Rayne E. Clark, 19, of Pella was picked up on an arrest warrant and transported to
the Marion County Jail.
 On 03/01/18, Matthew A. Reisinger, 37, of Pella was picked up on an arrest warrant and
transported to the Marion County Jail.
