A traffic stop led to a Knoxville woman’s arrest Saturday on multiple drug charges.
According to court documents, Knoxville police stopped Jenny Frost, age 40, and after identifying the odor of marijuana coming from the car, Frost was placed under arrest. A subsequent search of Frost revealed a tin foil package that contained a brown powder substance identified as heroine, a crystalline substance identified as methamphetamine, marijuana, and a hypodermic needle. Frost was ultimately charged with possession of a controlled substance in the first, second, and third degree, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of methamphetamine with intent to distribute more than 5 grams, operating a vehicle while intoxicated, and improper rear lamps. She was taken to Marion County Jail on a $28,000 bond.
