The Knoxville City Council meets in regular session today.

The council will hear a proclamation from Mayor Brian Hatch declaring National Garden Week. The council will consider a bid for a playground at the Knoxville Recreation Center, approve funds for the fire department to purchase new uniforms, discuss possible action regarding the properties at 502 E Main St, approve second considerations for resolutions on a new dog control policy and sanitary user charges, and go into closed session.
