The Marion County Board of Supervisors met in regular session yesterday.
The board approved the resignation from Iowa Heartland RC&D, approved a grant request for $5,000 for IMPACT community action partnership, and established the county’s insurance liability limit for $10 million. The board also authorized Marion County Engineer Tyler Christian to propose a project agreement with the City of Pella to repair the county-owned portion of the Volksweg Trail in conjunction with the city project, and approved local option sales tax funds for the Old Highway 92 pavement project.
