Our number four moment for Melcher-Dallas and Twin Cedars this school year is the amount of players for both schools on the Bluegrass Conference softball selections. Five from Melcher-Dallas and four from Twin Cedars made the cut. On first team from Melcher-Dallas was Emilie Krpan. Krpan went 14-10 on the circle as the Saints ace pitcher. She had a 2.59 ERA, while mowing down 187 batters this summer. Also on the first team for the Saints was Riley Enfield. As a freshman, she batted 253 and belted two homeruns this season. On the second team from Melcher-Dallas was Angel Beaty and Haley Godfrey. Twin Cedars got three players on the second team as well and all three were eighth graders. Grace Bailey, Brooke Roby, and Ali Mockenhaupt made the second team. Honorable mention went to Kynser Reed of Melcher-Dallas and Chole Swank from Twin Cedars.
