The Indianola volleyball team is set up for success in 2019, with two of their top four kills leaders coming back including Anna Marvelli who led the team with 244.
The Indians do lose both Mary McGinnis and Emma Bishop who had 196 and 149 kills respectively, but will also look for freshman Lauren Blake to step up and produce after her 98 kill season. Marvelli was also fourth in the Little Hawkeye Conference in kills, trailing only Pella’s Emily Holterhaus, Grinnel’s Macy Harris, and Katelyn Knudson from Dallas Center-Grimes. Indianola went 29-15 this season.
