The name is new, but the services are still the same; EveryStep welcomed members of the Knoxville Chamber of Commerce to their offices downtown for a ribbon cutting on Monday afternoon to mark their company’s name change.

Formerly known as HCI Hospice Care Services, EveryStep brings together a variety of different health care providers under the same name.

Cheryl Dean is the team director at EveryStep in Knoxville; she tells KNIA/KRLS News the company’s clients like the new brand, and the message it conveys about being with their clients.

“The majority of them really like the name, and they feel like we have been with them every step of the way, so they understand it; and it’s been very positive so far,” Dean says. “We have home care, we’ve got grief support, Amanda the Panda…we just have like 32 different programs across the state, and…it’s all under one name now.”

With the new branding firmly in place, Dean says they can now concentrate on growing and expanding the hospice services they provide for the residents in the region.
