Residents of Indianola were treated to an opening of the holiday season last night, as the square was lit up for the Indianola Chamber of Commerce 2018 Holiday Extravaganza.
Children were treated to a Santa House, activities at local stores, and a free shop to pick out a gift for mom and dad. The night included a cake auction run by local girl scout troops, the lighting of the trees on the square, the festival of trees, and carriage rides around the square followed by the lighted parade to close out the night.
