Several buildings in Pella will be closed for the holiday.

The following departments are closed on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day: City Hall, Community Services, Electric Distribution, Planning and Zoning, Public Library, and Public Works. Additionally, Tuesday’s scheduled trash route will run on Wednesday. Emergency services in Pella will be available from the Pella Police Department, Pella Fire Department, and Pella Ambulance, and the lobby of the police department remains open 24/7 for those needing assistance
