The Pleasantville wrestling team resumes their season Saturday when they make the short trek to Monroe for the PCM tournament.
A lot of area teams will be participating along with the host Mustangs and the Trojans including Pella and Knoxville. Pleasantville head coach Heath Deforest tells KNIA Sports this tournament is always one of the toughest on the schedule.
“I love being in this tournament and it really is tough. We will be taking close to a full team and we will see how we stack up. Our goal is to continue to build and peak at the right time. This tournament will allow us to see how close we are to where we want to be.”
The action will get started at 9:15 a.m. on Saturday in Monroe.
