A semi slid off the roadway on Highway G28 and 140th on the curve near Cordova Park at approximately 7:30 a.m.

Multiple crews from Pella Fire, Pella Ambulance, and the Marion County Sheriff’s Office were on scene. The Iowa State Patrol responded, as did an official from the State Medical Examiner’s Office.
