The boys got out to a fast start, getting ahead at halftime 35-30, before a huge third quarter run from Gilbert game them a five point lead heading into the fourth. The Mustangs outscored the Tigers 27-17 in the final period to win by five points. Reed Worth scored 21 points to lead the team, while Andrew Van Ryswyk scored 16 and grabbed 12 boards.

On the girls side, a 1 point deficit at halftime eventually grew to as large as 13 in the third quarter before the Mustangs fought all the way back to take the lead in the 4th.
