The KNIA/KRLS website has a new look; our station has officially rolled out the new version of kniakrls.com, which has distinctive visuals and new features to go along with the many functions our listeners have been using.
The new site gives you immediate access to school closing and cancellation information by making that information searchable; it also has an improved community calendar feature.
Ben Butler is our interactive media director; he tells KNIA/KRLS News people using mobile devices will have better access to the website.
“We’re starting to see a lot more traffic come from mobile devices, as well as your laptops and your tablets; so we wanted to make the site more user-friendly for mobile devices. So that’s the number one thing that you’re going to see,” Butler says.
The website address remains the same at kniakrls.com; but if you’re having trouble accessing it, Butler recommends clearing your browser cache and restarting your computer. If you have the site bookmarked, you will need to remove and update them.
If you still have any problems getting to our site, you can call Ben Butler here at KNIA/KRLS at 641-842-3161 for assistance.
