Pella Jazz I in January 2018

Pella’s award winning jazz ensembles will be hosting an all-day clinic next week, capped off with a concert.

Pella Jazz Director Daemon Place tells KRLS News students from the middle school and high school will gather for a day full of learning from two guest musicians to continue to hone their craft. A concert will begin at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday, February 19th in the Pella High School Auditorium following the clinic. Additionally, Place says Pella Jazz I is performing with the Des Moines Big Band Wednesday at 7 p.m. at Noce in Des Moines.
