Pella Regional Health Center has named Sara Cooper to the role of Emergency Director.

This position is responsible for the direction and coordination of the Emergency Department. Cooper was most recently employed at Methodist Women’s Hospital in Elkhorn, Nebraska as charge nurse working with an interdisciplinary team to care for emergency patients. Her previous experience includes emergency/operating room director, and nursing within the surgical, emergency, clinic and home health practices. Cooper received her Bachelor’s in Nursing and then went on to get her Masters of Nursing and Masters of Business in 2018 from Nebraska Wesleyan University.
