Pella will continue work in defending their top seed in Class 3A Substate game when they face the team that ended their season one year ago.

The 16-5 Little Dutch welcome 10-12 Carlisle to the Tulip City in the semifinals round. The Wildcats had a late surge to come back and topple Grinnell Monday night, 63-51, while Pella blasted Newton 75-44. Carlisle defeated the Dutch on February 23rd, 2018 in the same round at their gym 64-56, the 7th loss in the last eight games for that Pella team to end that campaign.

Collin Lister from the Wildcats is averaging 25 points per game, and averages 5.2 assists per game to just 2.1 turnovers.
