Indianola High School will send four groups to the State FFA Competition in April, after the District Competition was hosted at Indianola High School over the weekend. Indianola will send the groups of Parliamentary Procedure, Ag Issues, Conduct of Meetings, and Program of Activities to state, and Aiden Hunerdosse with the Ag Issues group tells KNIA News everyone is happy to advance, and this is another step to the ultimate goal.
“We’ve really had a good time working together and we’ve been enjoying it quite a lot. The next couple months will be filled with a lot more of early mornings and late afternoon practices, long days at the school, just in preparation to compete well at state which is where we want to be.”
Over 40 schools competed Saturday, bringing over 300 students. The State Convention will take place in Ames on April 15th and 16th. A full list of Indianola students advancing to state can be found below.
