Funeral services for Cecil F. Spring, age 97 of Knoxville, will be held on Saturday, March 16th at 10:30 am at the First Presbyterian Church in Knoxville followed by a luncheon. Burial services will take place at Graceland Cemetery in Knoxville, following the luncheon.
