State Representative Scott Ourth is hosting a meet and greet with New Jersey Senator and Democratic Party Presidential Candidate Cory Booker on Saturday. Booker is on a statewide tour for “Conversations with Cory” beginning in Polk County, then Wapello County, before visiting Indianola in the afternoon. The event takes place at Annelise Winery on Highway 92 east of downtown Indianola, with doors opening at 4:30pm and the event beginning at 5pm. Booker is one of several presidential hopefuls to have visited Indianola this year, joining Senator Kamala Harris, Representative John Delaney, and Andrew Yang, among others.
