With the departure of Caleb Adreon, the Pleasantville boys’ golf team will turn to a new number one golfer to lead the Trojans in 2019.
Colt Stewart is primed to step up in his senior season after a nine-hole average of 47.25 a year ago and a team best low score of 40. Head Coach Joel Allman tells KNIA Sports Stewart put a lot of time in the offseason and is poised for a big year.
“He spent a lot of time at the course in the summer. We need our top golfer to shoot a low score to keep us in meets and he has the ability to do that.”
Stewart starts up his senior campaign April 1st when the Trojans travel to Granger.
