The City of Indianola has set its Spring Cleanup Date for the week of Monday, April 29th through Friday, May 3rd. Items suggested to be a part of the spring cleanup include larger items not usually picked up by city trash, but do not include construction materials or railroad ties, and especially large items need to be broken down into haulable pieces. All items need to be on the curb at 7:00am, and a fee will be charged for the disposal of any monitors/televisions. On Saturday, April 27th at the Brush Facility from 9am to 1pm, appliances such as stoves, refrigerators, furnaces, water heaters, etc. will be accepted for disposal.
